I created the music for my CD Reaching For Serenity in 1996. My music was created by playing the piano and allowing the creativity flow through me. Each piece is created by playing and recording it one time only. I titled the CD Reaching For Serenity since I had been Reaching For Serenity after getting into alcohol and drug recovery in 1990. The music was driven by my continued work I was doing on my mind body and spirit. I continue to find the journey from the darkness into the light to be an incredible gift. I can't help but to think what would have happened to me if I had actually died from my attempted suicide prior to getting clean and sober. My music is part of my journey into the light.
